You've seen Alena in "Virsal" (# 46) with my recomemdations of short hairstyles for her.. Here's a copy of Alena's letter to "Forum", and pictures before and after her 2 haircuts.

"Dear visitors of "WLH"!

I wanna tell You about my impressions of my reincarnation! At first a few words about myself: I'm 25 & I never cut my hair short(!!!) The length was always around my shoulder. But the day came & now "girl's ripen"! Yeah, yeah, yeah, I decide to say farewell to my curls and go for a short haircut. Serge's website I get accidentally, I've seen somewhere a reference to his creation. I sent a letter with my photo to him. Serge prepared a number of variants of haircuts on the computer and offered me to come, because it's better to choose a haircut when he can look at me. Photo & person in reality is not the same. As I live not far from him, soon I was there with strong determination for a major haircut.

I found Serge as a very pleasant guy. We drunk coffee, smoke cigarettes, look through a great numbers of magazines with a lot of hairstyles inside. As my hair was absolutely dead after coloring, we decided to cut my hair short with some locks on the neck. The process began. I was quite surprised when the whole haircut was done only with the helf of razor-comb! I've never hear about that before!!! It's took 2 hours to cut off my long dead locks. It was very precisious haircut.
I was very pleased by my new haircut. I felt no pity for my braids. Serge, thanks You a lot, I'm so happy! All my friends and colleagues approved my new style. Next time I want to cut my hair shorter. It's so great to make such changes! Where You was before?! It was Your site which makes me brave enough to cut my locks off. Now I'm a new person.

P.S. We planed to cut Alena's hair shorter in early spring, but we done it just before the New Year. Why? Because it's better to swim and have a sun bath in Egypt with short hair! Better view, less time to style. No more dead hairs at all!
                 
It was the shortiest haircut in Alena's life. She was very happy with her new hairstyle.
